Eating fried potatoes linked to higher risk of death, study says

You may want to rethink those french fries and how you cook your potatoes!

Research in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found eating any type of fried potatoes two or three times per week may double the risk of early death, compared with not eating them at all, a recent study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found.
